Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup – butter
  • 1 tablespoon – butter
  • 6 – apples (peeled, and sliced 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons – pumpkins pie spice
  • 2/3 cup – packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups – gluten free rolled oats

Preheat oven 375 degrees

Use the 1-tablespoon butter and butter bottom and side of a 8 inch baking pan.

Mix apples and pumpkin pies spice and 1/3 cup of the brown sugar. Add to the pan.

In a bowl mix add oats, rest of brown sugar, butter that is cut into cubes. Mix into a crumble mixture. Add this mixture to the top of apples.

Bake for 40 minutes until topping is golden brown.

Let cool and serve.
