Ingredients

  • 2 Cups – STODKIE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 cup – unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups – granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup – oil of your choice
  • 4 – large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons – vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons – baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon – salt
  • 3/4 cup – powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Mix together cocoa, sugar, and oil, Beat in eggs one egg at time, and add in vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Combine the cocoa/sugar/oil mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well.

Cover bowl and cool for 4 – 8 hours. Can let sit overnight.

Place the powdered sugar into a bowl.

Using a tablespoon round dough into 1 inch balls.

Roll cookies into the powdered sugar and place on a lined cookie sheet about 1-2inches apart.

Bake cookies 1 sheet at a time, place tray in the middle of the oven, bake for 12 minutes.

Cool for about 15-20 minutes before handling.
