- 2 Cups – STODKIE Gluten Free Flour
- 6 pieces of chicken, whole cut up
- 5 tablespoons of cooking oils of your choice
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
Precook chicken in Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker at 155 degrees. Place chicken in a sealable container either glass or sealable freezer bag and seal. Place in water bath for 2 hours.
When the cook time is coming to an end for the chicken, pour oil into a heavy bottomed pan. Bring heat up to 350 degrees.
Get 2 dishes that are large and flat enough to dredge the chicken pieces into. In one of the dishes add the eggs, and then beat slightly. In the other dish add and mix all the dry ingredients.
Remove the chicken from the bags then pat dry with a paper towel. Dredge the chicken pieces (one at a time) through the egg mixture, then the flour mixture.
After the oil has reached the desired temp of 350 degree, carefully lower each piece of chicken into the hot oil. Using tongs turn the pieces after a few minutes (when the flour is nice and golden brown) so that all the sides of the chicken have been cooked. Remove from the oil set on paper towel. Pat off all the oil, and sprinkle with Kosher salt prior to serving.
