Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups – STODKIE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 cup – white sugar (keep additional white sugar aside for later)
  • 1 cup – brown sugar
  • 1 cup – butter
  • 1 cup – oil
  • 1 cup – oatmeal gluten free (quaker oats gf/bobs red mill)
  • 1 cup – coconut
  • 1 cup – gluten free rice krispies
  • 1 cup – nuts (optional)
  • 1 – egg
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon – salt
  • 1 teaspoon – baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon – cream of tartar

Directions

Mix all ingredients into one bowl. Mix well.

Roll Batter into small balls and roll into white sugar.

Place on lined or greased cookie sheet and flatten cookies with a small glass.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Let cool and serve.
