I love Macaroons and these Gluten Free Macaroons can be made any time.

- 1/3 Cup – STODKIE Gluten Free Flour
- 2 1/2 cups – flaked sweetened coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon – salt
- 2/3 cup – sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon – vanilla
- 4 ounces – white chocolate, milk chocolate, and/or dark chocolate melted. (preference)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greased or lined cookie sheet.
In a large bowl mix together Stodkie flour, coconut, and salt. Slowly add in condensed milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
Measure out batter into ¼ cup balls and place on a greased or lined cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom of the cookie.
Remove cookies from cookie sheets and place on a wire cooling rack.
Once cookies are fully cooled top the cookies with melted chocolate of your choice. (Helpful if you dip the cookie into the melted chocolate).
Once chocolate is set, ready to serve.
