Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups – STODKIE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 cup – peanut butter
  • 1/2 stick –butter
  • 1 1/2 brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla
  • 1 – egg
  • 1 teaspoon – baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon – salt
  • 1 bag – hershey’s chocolate kisses

Directions

Pre Heat Oven to 375 Degrees

Combine Peanut Butter, butter brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Beat Together until blended.

Add Stodkie Flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Using a spoon, gather batter by the rounded spoonful and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Flatted cookies using a fork with a crisscross pattern.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes and then add a Hershey’s Kiss to the top of each cooling cookie. And serve.
